If you attempted to log in with a wrong password too many times, your WebMIS user will be locked and you will have to wait 30 minutes in order to reset your password.
There is 2 types of disabled
Manually = the request came from the customer, you need to speak to a Live Support agent to re-enable it.
Automatically = after 90 days of inactivity, you can re-enable it
- To reset your password
And enter the email address you are using to login
You will receive an email with a link to click on: "change it".
Change your password, and confirm.
